Before you decide.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Start a workspace on any plan, no card required. You get the full feature set for that tier for 14 days. At the end, add a payment method to keep going — nothing is deleted if you don't, the workspace just pauses until you do.
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone with an active membership in a workspace — recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, admins. Candidates and client contacts using the portal are never billed.
Is the AI usage really unlimited?
Parsing, scoring and interview kits run under a fair-use policy sized to normal hiring volume. If you're doing very high volume, Business and Enterprise let you bring your own provider key so usage runs on your account.
Can we migrate from another ATS?
Yes. Candidates import from CSV on Professional and up, and the REST API covers jobs, candidates and applications. Enterprise onboarding includes a migration plan.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Each workspace is an isolated tenant, enforced by row-level security in the database — not just the application layer. No other customer can see your data. Full export and per-candidate erasure are available on every plan.
Can we switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing period.
